SHIPPING AND RETUNRS
At DecoTransfers we know how important it is for you to get your order as quickly as possible. That’s why our staff works around the clock to pick, pack and ship your orders within 72 hours of your purchase. This does not include weekends or holidays, as we have to give our fingers a break from time to time. AFTER YOUR ORDER LEAVES OUR FACILITIES, the shipping carrier is responsible for getting it to you in a timely manner. Typically this is within 3-5 business days, depending on where you are located in the United States (international orders do not apply). Occasionally, shipments get lost either temporarily or permanently. If this happens with your order, we will immediately determine the best solution to get your order back out to you as quickly as possible.
To be sure you get your order when you need it, please make sure you are placing your orders with enough time to be delivered. Remember, holidays and weekends are non-shipping days and not included in the estimated number of delivery days.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS
In some rare occasions, items may become damaged in the shipping or fulfillment processes. However, scratches, dents, creases, dings, or other surface imperfections to will not harm the transfer itself. Once your design is pressed, any damage on the carrier sheet will not transfer to the design.
A transfer is typically only damaged if a tear is present or the ink is smeared. This will be clearly visible. In rare cases where a tear is present, please take a photo of the damage and send it to us at Support@decotransfers.com - or instant message to our customer service department on Facebook.
